The patent-pending PileMedic™ system consists of high-quality plant manufactured laminates, constructed with carbon or glass fabric embedded in a resin matrix. The laminates offer consistent and uniform mechanical properties and are packaged in approximately 12-inch coils for convenient shipment. The high strength laminates serve as a formwork around pile. After curing of the FRP cylinder grout is pressure injected. This new system is applicable for any size of pile and reveals numerous advantages towards to conventional pile repair methods.
